Summary: Maddy's Care Triage Tool lives on the Maddy Member Portal and is available to all portal account members. The Care Triage Tool will help steer members to available high-quality, low-cost care options based on user inputs.
Design Problem Statement: Functionality should guide members seeking medical care for themselves or covered family members through a series of questions to help them choose their desired care.
